How to deposit
- Log in and tap Deposit.
- Choose a method and enter the amount (RM30 minimum).
- Select a bonus if you want one.
- Complete the payment in your bank or e-wallet app, then upload the receipt if you're asked to.
How to withdraw
- Make sure any active bonus turnover is complete.
- Tap Withdraw, enter the amount (RM50 minimum) and confirm.
- The funds go to your registered bank account, usually within 15–30 minutes.
Your first withdrawal may take a little longer while your bank details are checked. Withdrawal limits rise with your VIP level.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my deposit not showing?
Most deposits appear within 5 minutes. If yours has not arrived after 15 minutes, send the transaction receipt to live chat and it will be checked straight away.
Can I withdraw to a different bank account?
Withdrawals go to the bank account registered in your name. You can add a second account in your profile, provided the name matches.
Are there any fees?
Winmyr does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet may apply its own charges.
