Frequently asked questions
Can I claim more than one bonus at a time?
Deposit bonuses cannot be stacked: only one can be active at a time. Cashback, rescue bonus and referral commissions run alongside any deposit bonus.
What is a turnover requirement?
It is the total amount you need to bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Each promotion shows its multiplier (for example, 15x) before you accept it.
Where do I see my rewards?
All automatic rewards appear in the Reward Center inside your account, along with their expiry dates.
