Frequently asked questions
How do I join the VIP Club?
Every registered member starts at Bronze automatically. You move up as your total turnover across all games passes each threshold.
Can I lose my VIP level?
Levels are reviewed every quarter. If your turnover in that period falls below the keep-level requirement, you may move down one tier.
How is the weekly salary paid?
Eligible members receive their salary every Monday in the Reward Center. It must be claimed within seven days.
